The event was hosted by environmental writer and broadcaster Lucy Siegle and among other speakers were Paulino Mugendi, founder and Chair of ITF partners Mount Kenya Environmental Conservation (MKEC), and Prof. Roger Leakey, ITF Vice Chair. Two of the highlights of the evening were the opening and closing performances by the London International Gospel Choir This is our most ambitious campaign yet in our 92-year history and we’re now aiming to raise £4m for the planting of 20 million trees.
